Practice Location and Times

Practice begins Tuesday, 11/12

Practices are held Tuesdays and Thursdays

6:15-7:15 PM - for young and 

beginner wrestlers (up to 3rd grade)

7:30-8:30 PM for advanced and older wrestlers (4th through 8th grade)

Equipment for Practices

​

Wrestlers should have wrestling shoes for the first practice. The club has a limited number of shoes to loan to wrestlers.

​

AJT also has a limited number of headgear that we will provide for practices and meets. We will provide singlets and headgear for tournament wrestlers

​

USA Wrestling Registration

New wrestlers must register with USA Wrestling prior to the first practice. See Registration Page for details. 

​

AJT Wrestling Season Info​

The AJT season runs from early November to the end of February each year. For off-season opportunities and camp information, please visit the VAWA website​
